Translation of COPE for Publicly-Funded Home Care Clients and their Families
Major goals: To determine the effectiveness, cost-benefit, and implementation success of an efficacious intervention called Care of Persons with Dementia in their Environments (COPE) when introduced as a new service into Connecticut’s long-term home care program for older adults.

“Money Follows the Person Rebalancing Demonstration Evaluation”
The goal of this project is to conduct a multi-method evaluation of the state of Connecticut’s program to transition people out of nursing homes and rebalance the state’s long term supports and services system for adults and older adults with disabilities.

“Community Ambulation Following Hip Fracture”
The goal of the Community Ambulation Project, a multi-site randomized controlled trial, is to compare the efficacy of two in-home physical therapist-guided interventions for older adults who fractured a hip and completed conventional post-surgery rehabilitation.
